ACCUMBENS '18 is the fourth installment of intercollege Quiz Contests held at the premises of the "Meenakshi Medical College, Hospital & Research Institute", under the topic " Junior Quiz " which includes the subjects of the first two years of Undergrad medical education. There are two worlds on the Earth: the world of humans and the world of machines. Both want to survive and evolve. Both are governed by unknown forces, beyond fate, but nobody knows what they are. A god, energy, information?
This is the name of the seventh kingdom, after Animalia, Plantae..etc. Is it technology? Well, no. It is the coexistence of Humans with technology. And that usually starts with the Medical Practitioners. This enigma, will be the theme for the "Accumbens 2k18".

RULES & REGULATIONS
ACCUMBENS 2018 : SEP 19TH
Rule No.1 :
All MBBS U.G. Students are eligible including CRRIs but it is
restricted to only one CRRI per team, but their presence is not
compulsory. Each team should have 3 participants.
Any number of teams are allowed from each college. All
teams are to bring their ID Cards for verification and
registration.
Rule No.2 :
The Entire syllabus from the first and second year will be the
basis for the questions. The first stage will be prelims and the
second and final will be the stage round, consisting of 6
teams selected from prelims for the final showdown. The top
10 teams from the first round will be awarded with medals and certificates. Audience will also receive treats for
answering selected “audience questions”.
Rule No.3 :
LIMITED Accommodation is available in the campus on a “first
come first serve” basis at Rs.100 per team and CANNOT be availed
on spot. Staff are welcome as well. Lunch and snacks will be
provided for all who register. Registration fee will be Rs.300, so a total of 450 for those who want accommodation.
On-spot registration will include a separate charge of Rs.150 per team. Enroll soon and avoid the hassle!
Rule No.4 :
Quiz master’s decision is final.
